Returning goods
How do you cancel or return an order?

Cancellation
If you cancel an order we have not dispatched yet, there is no charge. If we have already dispatched the package, simply refuse to accept upon delivery at your door.

If payment of the cancelled order has been received, after good receipt of the items, we will refund you the purchase price minus shipping costs. This only applies if you refuse the order and return it unopened to the delivery company.

Returning items
You can return products within 14 days counting from the day of delivery without stating any reason. This cooling-off period does not apply to items we have assembled or specially ordered for you.
You can return all other products to us, unused and in the original packaging. See our general terms and conditions for more information.

You can also return a complete order. Send it to the return address below and, upon good receipt of the items, PhotoCube foto box (lighttent) will refund the full purchase price to you. Shipping costs for returning all or part of your order are made at your own expense.

Refunds
You must notify PhotoCube foto box (lighttent) of any cancellations, exchanges and/or returns, in advance, via email, fax or post.

Always state your full name and order number. We need your bank details for refunding advance payments.

Customers from the EU must also provide their IBAN and BIC/SWIFT codes.

For your security
The account number given for the refund must be the same as the account number used for the original PhotoCube foto box (lighttent) payment. This helps us prevent fraudulent payments. Refunds are paid within 30 days.
